1.The Government of Samoa (” the Customer”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Leauvaa Primary School Sports Field

2. National competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with Government of Samoa Bidding Procedure.

  • Together with a signed Offer to Bid and other documents as specified in the bidding documents

5. Bid will be opened immediately after the deadline in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend
