Invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Technical Assistance to be the Community and Youth Engagement Specialist for this Project.

The Ministry of Education, Sports and Culture partners with UNESCO to implement ‘The Spotlight Initiative’ which is a global partnership to eliminate all forms of violence against women and girls (VAWG), including harmful practices.

MESC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Technical Assistance to be the Community and Youth Engagement Specialist for this Project. This Specialist will guide, lead and manage the implementation of the Samoa Spotlight Initiative Country Programme with all stakeholders. This will include advocacy campaigns, community dialogues and public information to promote gender-equitable norms, attitudes and behaviours in relation to women and girls’ sexuality and reproduction, self-confidence and self-esteem.

Interested candidates must uplift a copy of the Terms of Reference and other Details from the Curriculum Design and Materials Division of the Ministry of Education Sports and Culture at Malifa.

All EOIs should include the following:

  2. Response to Selection Criteria
  3. Technical & Financial proposal
  4. Updated CV

All EOIs must be submitted by 4.00pm on Friday 5th of June 2020.
